The First Kuwaiti-Origin Card Game Where Cheating is Allowed!
Inspired by the popular card game Cheating Moth, this exciting and hilarious game is all about sneaky moves and laughter. In short: cheat, laugh, and watch out for the “Samandeqa” card!
The Samandeqa card is handed to the youngest player in the first round. At the end of each round, it is passed to the player on their right. The card is revealed to all players, and whoever holds it becomes the game’s Guard for that round. While the Guard plays like the rest, they must remain alert—as everyone else will be trying to cheat and get rid of their cards!
The twist?
The Guard is the only player not allowed to cheat. If the Guard catches someone in the act, they must shout “Hayyaal!”
When “Hayyaal” is called and the cheating is discussed:
- If the accusation is correct:
• The cheating player must take back the card they tried to discard.
• They must also take a card from the current Guard.
• And finally, take the Samandeqa card, becoming the new Guard. - If the accusation is wrong:
• The current Guard must draw a card from the face-down pile in the center of the table.
